I was looking for crochet stitch patterns today and came across this great site!
They have a wonderful selection of free patterns and stitches as well as some nice ones for sale. I downloaded this one and realized, I have no idea how to read a crochet lace chart! (which I need to learn/write up for this weekend’s pattern so good thing I came across this). And they have a whole page devoted to teaching me (and you) how to read them. Amazing Resource! I added it to the Abbreviations and Links Page.
Anyway, that’s all. I’ll see you all this weekend!

Hi Kristin, saw the write up about Craft Leftovers in the current Craft magazine. I’m glad they recognized you, congrats.
I think you’ll find reading a crochet lace chart is really easy once you get the hang of it, I find them much less confusing than written directions.
Hi Kristin, I have been to your link before, wonderful place, I love all their patterns. :) I got the May Leftover kit last Friday in the mail. As usual, I love what you sent. I made up the dishcloth already and added a shell border as I used the wrong size crochet hook and wanted it bigger. I can’t wait to use the dishcloth. ha! I can’t believe I said that…I tend to put off doing dishes.
Anyway, thank you, I enjoy getting the kit every month, I will have to subscribe for another 3 months when this runs out.
