Speaking of CRAFTzine, they have, as usual, been posting tons of great stuff lately. I feel like they really pull a bunch of different people into the public internet craft conscious and through that, other people who may not have seen say this or this or this, get inspired to make new interesting original things. So thank you CRAFTzine, you make my day, just about every morning! It’s like a daily dose of creative wonderfulness!
Oh make sure to check out that last “this” because it’s an silent auction to help offset costs for Handmade Nation. A very good cause indeed.
I really like what Aesthetic Outburst has been doing over on her blog. A series of Amigo posts. She wrote at the beginning of the week, “Since we’re away in wedding land this week I thought I’d switch things up a bit and leave you with a week of posts about five of our lovely and talented friends whom I’ve never posted about here before. Although we don’t see them as often as we used to, PRH and I count these folks as some of our dearest friends.” I particularly am in love with this drawing here. Oh and she also has this amazing Print Swap going on. I wonder if she is still taking new people, I would love to do that!

Ames, Iowa? If so, my husband is a bus driver here! It can be quite confusing going downtown in Ames by bus, I know!
I just love iced coffee! I think it’s a cult thing though, some people run for the hills when you suggest “ice” and “coffee” in the same sentence!
