Hi there everyone! I just wanted to put up a quick post about the February issue of Craft Leftovers Monthly. I’m going to go ahead and extend the deadline by 1 week to Sunday, November 8th midnight for submission ideas for the Feb issue of CLM. So not finished projects, but just ideas. Instead of getting all soft on love, I want to get all soft on crafting with friends. Stories, ideas, projects, and recipes related to crafting in a group or with a buddy. Also a look towards spring, the tail end of winter, the coldest month of the year in iowa, staying warm and cozy, and mapping out the garden. I need one more article or project for this great issue.
*I’m excited to announce that starting with the Winter issue of Craft Leftovers Monthly, I’ve been able to work out a budget to pay contributors.*
It’s very important to me that contributors are paid for their work and fully supported – featured on the blog, ad space for the month that the issue is out, bio in the front of the zine, and links back to their website all over the place. And all contributors retain full copyright of their work, Craft Leftovers Monthly has first publishing rights for 90 days, but after that you post it, sell it, share it, republish it. I feel that’s important too.
