Have you seen my pen?

Well, today’s post is totally defunct. I’m going to call it a night (kind of) and regroup with a new way to approach the planned post tomorrow.

Here’s the deal. I was going to make some really awesome, umm, cough, things (I want to make it a surprise), that you could download, print out, and customize, color, fill in, etc.

The whole plan/post leaned heavily on me using my wacom tablet and after an all out get out the dogs, men, and cat to search for it, my pen is no where to be found.

I’m not exactly sure what to do except for keep looking and if I can’t find it by tomorrow, I’ll have to suck it up and get a new one. Which is not fun, or cheap. I have a bad feeling it is my own fault, that I left it out the last time I used it and Sloane nabbed and stashed it somewhere. I’ve checked all her usual spots and then some… it’s just no where. But somewhere. So frustrating. Like loosing the car keys.

I did get much Craft Leftover related work done and today was a really productive day both paper work and studio wise. And in the studio work section I found a typo in the Scrubby Bumpy Dishcloth Crochet pattern – with big consequences. It should be Chain 27 for the foundation chain and not chain 37! yikes!

Okay, I’m going to keep searching for the missing pen and hopefully I will find it. If not I’ll just do it a different way and have it ready to go for tomorrow. See you all then!

  1. oh my! I would die…

The only thing I love about my graphire is that it has a pen slot at the top so I am a little psycho about putting the pen in it’s holder.

    Hope you find it!!

  2. I always look in the couch cushions first, then between the bed mattress and the frame. Good luck! Can’t wait to see what you have to share, but take the extra day to keep looking if you can. It’s always in the last place you look…

  3. I lose that thing all the time, especially since I don’t always put it in the holder, and I tend to leave the room with it in my hand, and return to the tablet sans pen, having no idea where I last left it. I feel for you, but it’s gotta be there somewhere!
