I wrote about it in the April issue of Craft Leftovers Monthly and am not sure if I ever talked about it here, but I’m starting a garden this year! At first I was going to have a plot in the community garden, but then Jason and I’s friend offered […]

Book Review::The Art of Paper Cutting
Quarry books sent me this wonderful book and when I received it in the mail I was so excited to dig right in. I really love the author’s path in her life – from painter to paper cutting – which seems so similar to my own – from painting to […]
Knitting Basket Breakdown :: Part III
I was planning on getting this posted yesterday, but it took 6 hours of handwork on this great little guy and it’s was around 12:30 when I finished up. I thought it would just be like 2 hours of hand sewing, oh how I underestimate things like that. So here […]

Shoe Sensations :: Fixing Button Holes
I’ve had a hard time with shoes because while I don’t like them to be complete plastic, I’m excessively allergic to leather of any kind when it comes to my feet. It’s really bad and I’m not going to share with you a gross foot story. it’s not fun. Enough […]

Everything right where it needs to be just when you need it. Even some fabric for patches in a pinch and replacement buttons when you can’t find the one you’ve lost.
Happy Birthday… To Me!

Craft Business :: Tax Day Review ::
I think that one thing that is the most confusing and scary for me is taxes. It’s not that I’m bad at keeping track of things, making spread sheets, or saving my receipts. It just seems like a great unknown to me and everything I’ve read on the subject just […]
